Smart Diagnostic Expert System for Defect in Forging Process by Using Machine Learning Process

چکیده
Integrating machine learning into one of the manufacturing processes, i.e., forging, is mainly concerned with making system more intelligent by incorporating them to exhibit global understanding. Sometimes engineer/operator can find defects during or after forging operation. So, will need some input identify different types categorized defects. And also, according that, we develop fault diagnosis process. We should calculate statistical probability theory. Now, implement which structure analysis for In structure, demonstrate defect forged part, use given imported possible causes, and provide remainders reduce fault. For enhancement feature needs, this work includes integration AI forging.
